My hope is that the content I post can help people to better manage their illnesses, relationships, and mindset. I want to help people with mental illnesses take better care of themselves. We exist in a part of society that is often misunderstood and is rarely talked about. This blog will start to shed some light on that, as a lot of people with these struggles feel like they’re alone.
