Most health blogs that I see today are a blend between health and fitness. The WGOWJ Physical Health section is dedicated to all things healthy. Not to be confused with the fitness section, which focuses on the actual physical exercise. This physical health blog will cover topics from meal prep, to dieting, to general physical well-being.
I hope to use this section to get people on the right path to becoming a healthier person. Sure, people know that they need to eat healthy and take care of their body, but there’s a lot of folks that don’t know where to start.
