What’s Going On With Jon (WGOWJ) is a mental health blog for those living with or those who know someone living with mental illness. This platform seeks to help those suffering from these illnesses live happier, more positive lifestyles. Illnesses Jon may address include but are not limited to:

  • Anxiety (Generalized & Social)
  • Panic Disorder
  • Agoraphobia
  • Paranoia
  • Clinical Depression
  • Insomnia
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Jon is a survivor, someone who has had to learn to live with a variety of mental health disorders since a child. In living with these extremes, He created WGOWJ. What’s Going On With Jon is a platform intended to spark a global conversation about mental health disorders. The aim is to help people through some of the most challenging parts about suffering from mental illness. The platform will be used to: help those seeking treatment, inform people of effective alternative therapies, introduce new (and healthy) coping techniques, and begin to crush some of the stigma’s surrounding these illnesses.
